ORDER PROCESSING

All Midi Tray products are made to order to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.

Each tray is carefully built, finished, and inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 10 business days.

We begin production shortly after an order is placed; therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times are calculated after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and shipping efficiency.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Because each Midi Tray is custom prepared upon purchase, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately at info@miditray.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Midi Tray is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@miditray.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

Midi Tray is not liable for packages marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price.

Midi Tray is not responsible for delays due to customs.
