Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, fully assembled/disassembled as originally packaged, and with all original components included, such as:

  • Mounting hardware

  • Clamps / slide system

  • Assembly tools

  • Screws and accessories

  • Original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important — Incomplete Returns & Restocking Fees

Returns that are missing hardware, tools, components, or original packaging, or items that show signs of use or damage, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% depending on the condition of the returned product.

Items that cannot be restocked due to missing parts or damage may receive a partial refund.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be unused and returned with all original components and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
